The Western Pennsylvania Montessori School admits students of any race, color, and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school. Educational, admission, and administrative policies do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin.
The Montessori environment is unique in being based on a balance between freedom and structure. It establishes a strong basis for development into a well-rounded, responsible, happy, and fulfilled adult.
We offer several Montessori programs for children ages 20 months through 6 years and a Summer Enrichment Camp for children 3-7.
- Toddler (20-35 months)
The toddler class is the beginning of the Montessori journey. Here children are encouraged to explore the world around them.
- 3-6 year olds (Preschool)
The three to six year program is a unique preschool experience with programs offered in the morning, afternoon or all day conducted in the Montessori Philosophy.
- 5-6 year olds (Kindergarten)
Our Kindergarten Program allows students to take on leadership roles as they complete the Montessori three year cycle. Learn more about the comprehensive offerings of this program.
- Summer Enrichment Camp (3-7 year olds)
Our summer camp program is open to our Montessori families and also to new families.
