Stephanie Zanin - Council President
Stephanie Zanin joined the Parent Council in 2024 and is the council’s current President. For her day job, she is co-owner of Campos, a Pittsburgh-based market research and strategy consulting firm, where she oversees a staff of about 10 market research and strategy professionals and works with clients to conduct market research to inform strategic decisions related to brand, marketing, and product development. A Pittsburgh native, Stephanie has a BS in Communications from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Isobel Handler - Council Vice President
Isobel joined the Parent Council in 2025 and is the council’s current VP. She is also a WPMS alumna. For her day job, Isobel is Senior Director of Product Management at Kontakt.io where she builds AI-enabled solutions for health system operations. A Pittsburgh native, Isobel has a BA in Economics and History from Wellesley College and an MBA and MHA from Cornell University.Stefania James - Council Secretary
Stefania James joined the Parent Council in 2025 and is currently the Secretary. For her day job, she is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in the greater Pittsburgh Area, certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is also a Captain (CPT) in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a Logistics Officer responsible for managing and overseeing the supply, maintenance, and transportation of equipment and people to ensure mission success. A Pittsburgh native, Stefania has a BSBA from Robert Morris University. Kristin Nuzzio Vig
Kristin joined the Parent Council in 2025 and is the chair of the Marketing, Fundraising & Hospitality committee. Kristin is a business analysis expert at PPG, where she manages global implementations of laboratory software applications and leads R&D focused digital initiatives. She is also an active volunteer with the American Chemical Society at the national and local levels. Kristin is originally from New Jersey and holds a BS in Chemistry and BA in Spanish from the University of Delaware and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.James Scharf
James joined the Parent Council in 2025 and is on the grounds subcommittee. He is currently working part-time at the Market District Giant Eagle in Wexford while completing his Master’s Degree in School Guidance Counseling.
James is a local and graduated from North Allegheny High School. He received a BA in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. In his free time, he loves to play golf and watch sports.
Mary Napoli
Mary joined the Parent Council in 2023 and is on the HR and Policy committee. Mary works at Pitt as the Director of Study Lab, supporting academic success programming for undergraduates in the School of Arts and Sciences. Originally from Kansas City and the northern Virginia area, Mary has a BS in Biology from the University of Dayton and an EdD in Administrative and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Matt Fromm
Matt was born and raised in Pittsburgh and lives in Allison Park with his wife, and daughter. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, and taking trips to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia. Matt graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry and a Master’s degree in Plant Pathology. He joined the WPMS parent council to serve on the Building and Grounds committee, and his primary interest is enhancing the building’s outdoor landscape.Colby Hollabaugh
Colby is a parent council board member who brings a strong focus on administrative efficiency and long-term sustainability to support the school’s mission. With a background in public service and organizational leadership, Colby is passionate about improving systems that allow educators to focus on what matters most, supporting children’s growth and independence. He is especially committed to expanding access to Montessori education, believing its child-centered approach should be available to families from all backgrounds. As a parent, Colby values collaboration and thoughtful planning and works to help build policies that strengthen the school community and ensure its continued growth.
