Mara Smith
Assistant Teacher
Mrs. Mara Smith graduated with Honors from Carlow University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English, a minor in Communication, and a Secondary Education Certification. Throughout her career, she has worked with students of all ages, from secondary classrooms to preschools, developing a deep appreciation for the curiosity, independence, and joy of early childhood learning. A former WPMS After Care Teacher and Substitute Teacher, Mrs. Smith is excited to begin her role as a Teacher Assistant in the Yellow Room. She looks forward to supporting each child’s growth while continuing to build meaningful relationships with the students, staff, and families of the WPMS community.
